Thanks for your interest in working at J. Timothy’s Taverne! You’ll work hard here, but you’ll have a lot of fun working with a great team. We’re proud and humbled by our success; 2020 marked our 40th Anniversary as one of Connecticut’s most popular restaurants. We’ve had the same two co-owners and General Manager since the beginning. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and room for growth. We’re currently closed on Mondays and we also close on Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, Memorial Day (Sunday and Monday), July 4th, and Labor Day (Sunday and Monday). Please be aware: we’re very busy!

Monday: Closed
Tuesday & Wednesday: 4:00pm-9:30pm
Thursday: 11:30am-9:30pm
Friday & Saturday: 11:30am – 10:00pm
Sunday: 11:30am-8:00pm

Phones are open 2 hours before opening time: Tuesday and Wednesday at 2:00pm, Thursday through Sunday at 9:30am.
